We are currently performing an emergency upgrade and optimization of our WHMCS billing system to address recent stability issues, improve order processing efficiency, and prepare for future feature updates.
 
This maintenance is critical to ensuring a more reliable and smooth service experience for all users moving forward.
 
 

Important Service Impact Information

 
  1. Already Active VPS Services: Unaffected
     
    All currently provisioned VPS instances, network connections, and data storage remain fully operational. No action is required from you, and there will be no downtime or interruptions to your running services.
     
  2. New & Renewal Orders: Processing Delays Expected
     
    During the maintenance window, automatic provisioning for new VPS orders and renewals will be temporarily suspended. Our team will manually process all delayed orders immediately after the upgrade is complete. All pending orders are expected to be fulfilled within 24 hours of maintenance completion.
     
  3. Support Services: Fully Operational
     
    You may continue to submit support tickets through our help center. Our technical team will respond to all inquiries during standard business hours.
     
 
 

Estimated Maintenance Completion

 
The upgrade is scheduled to be completed by May 15, 2026, 24:00 UTC+8. Once the maintenance is finished, all order processing will return to normal, and we will notify all users via email and in-site announcement.
